Baked strawberry brie

Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 1/2 cups quarter-cut strawberries
- Kosher salt և freshly ground pepper to taste
- 1 (8 ounce) whey cheese
- 6 basil leaves, torn
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to և 350 degrees F.
- Place on a baking sheet or 5-inch cast iron skillet. Place in the oven, bake until soft, about 12-15 minutes; let cool for 5 minutes.
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine balsamic vinegar և honey until 2-3 minutes. Stir in the strawberries until soft, about 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the brisket warm, covered with strawberry mixture և basil; Serve with a cracker or baguette.
