It gives them a spicy, cool taste, but does not overwhelm their natural sweet, earthy herbs. Ingredients for Champagne Vinaigrette Recipe
Here’s what you need to make this champagne vinaigrette.
- Champagne vinegar – This fine vinegar is crumbly and fruity. It saturates the clothes without being too sharp.
- Fresh orange juice – Do not buy store-bought orange juice when making this sauce. Instead, squeeze the orange yourself. The fresh juice brings out the notes of fruit in the vinegar, gives a delicious taste to the sauce.
- Honey or maple syrup – For balance.
- Dijon mustard – Pepper, for a heavy beat.
- Extra virgin olive oil – It gives the body to dress.
- And sea salt – To make all the flavors popping.

In a small bowl, mix the vinegar, orange juice, honey, mustard and salt.
While stirring, slowly add the olive oil so that the sauce emulsifies.
Alternatively, you can place all the sauce ingredients in a container with a small lid and shake to combine. End!
Store the sauce in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
