  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons corn starch
  • ¼ teaspoon orange peel և (optional; or: ½ teaspoon lemon peel և)
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • Ակ cup Old-fashioned rolled oats
  • Ակ cup all-purpose flour (or gluten-free almond flour)
  • Ակ cup Brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 8 tablespoons cold salted butter (or coconut oil or vegan butter for vegans)


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
