  • 1/2: pound from: DeLallo Bucatini Pasta:
  • 2 tablespoons butter:
  • half a bunch: asparagusedges cut և diagonally cut (approx 1 1/2 cups cut once)
  • 4: cloves garlic, scratched
  • 3/4: cup chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1: cup thick paste
  • is half bag: frozen peas (about pile cup)
  • taste: one: lemon
  • lemon juice to try
  • salt and pepper to try
  • few golden crunches Bread crumbs for refilling (see notes for a brief overview)

  1. Cook the pasta al dente according to the package instructions.
  2. Melt the butter on medium heat. Add the asparagus and cook for 5 minutes, until soft and bright green. (Cook the asparagus in the sauce for a little longer, so it’s not good if it is still a little firm).
  3. Add garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Add broth և thick cream; bring to a low boil. Once it thickens and turns into a more sauce, add the frozen peas for the last few minutes of cooking. Season with lemon juice, lemon zest, salt and pepper.
  5. Pour the sauce with the pasta; Keep it on low heat for a few minutes so that the pasta and sauce really combine. If necessary, let it stand for a few minutes to thicken everything,: the sauce will really stick to the pasta. Add lots and lots of bread crumbs, և if you want, some chicken or fried shrimp. So yum!
