Fromer ASU WR Pearsall moves to Florida

Arizona transfer Ricky Pearsal pledged to Florida on Saturday to strengthen the Gators host team, which needs experience in the Native.

The 6-foot-1 Pearsall comes from a breakthrough junior season where he led the Sun Devils with catches (48), yards (580) and touches (four). His best performance last season was 132 yards, a two-touch performance in a 42-23 victory at UCLA. Pearsol made a 65-yard pass for one of those points, using a double step to overcome the 54-yard safety.

Auburn և Oregon were the other finalists for Pearsal, who is coming to Florida for a two-year stay.

The three-star recruit, Piersal, who left Temp in 2019, appeared in 30 games in Arizona, making 61 catches for 794 yards and five touch-downs. He has 78 yards, which is in a hurry for 10 careers.

Florida coach Billy Napier has been considering adding a transfer receiver throughout the spring. The score dwindled as Jacob Copeland moved to Maryland, three blue-chip commissions – Isaiah Bond, Jaden Gibson – CJ Smith – signed elsewhere during the transfer window from Dan Mullen.

During spring training, Florida used Trent Whittemore, a 6-foot-4 junior who could play outside, with Justin Shorter and Xavier Henderson in the starting lineup. In Slot, along with Whitmore, are former walkers Cahlley Jackson, Dejon Reynolds, Jordan Pawns, and security convert Fanly Graham, a two-career group.
