What is a guardian? I’m so glad you asked. Some of the classics were made with my own eggs – my eternal clam meal – the best chocolate chip cookie I have ever made or eaten. Others are recipes that immediately went into our regular rotation when we made them, such as overnight’s week’s, perfect summer tapo, very green spaghetti, which my favorite spaghetti likes so much, he picked up the photo to eat. The other dishes go there quickly, like the absolute door of the kitchen, the turkey pancake, which was against all my skepticism, and the dreamy chocolate cake, which I optimized for subway trips to the picnic blanket birthday party.
