This pizza has been my purchase for those busy weekend nights when some people come. It gives a large batch (perfect for feeding large crowds), the crust comes out quite thick և chewing gum.

The best part is that you do not need special equipment. No pizza crust or pizza stone required here.

All you need is a 15 × 10 inch jelly roll. But most importantly! make sure your pizza dough reaches room temperature. The cold pizza dough will immediately stretch: sticky. Leaving the dough at room temperature will allow the dough to loosen, making it easier to shape the rectangle.

If you do not have time, store-bought pizza sauce is fine, but so am I. high: We recommend this quick homemade tomato sauce with a few pantry ingredients ով food processor blitz. It’s very fast, և much better than store-bought.

From there, pile on your cheese և desired fillings. I am in favor of pepperoni, but everything goes here. Vegetable or meat lovers all work well here.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 pounds of pizza dough Homemade: or store-bought

  • 2 cloves garlic

  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • A pinch of crushed red pepper flakes

  • 1 tablespoon corn flour
  • 8 ounces mozzarella, crushed
  • 1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan
  • 1 (5 ounce) packet of chopped pepperoni, for example, Hormel cup n ‘crisp

Directions:

  1. Leave the pizza dough at room temperature, lightly covered, for 1 hour.
  2. Preheat oven to և 500 degrees F. Lightly grease a 15 × 10 inch jelly roll with olive oil.
