Rangnick talks to Ten Hag via WhatsApp

Interim Manchester United manager Ralph Rangnick has revealed that he spoke to new head coach Eric Ten Hague via WhatsApp.

On Thursday, Ten Hague was photographed in London with Mitchell van der Gaag, his trusted assistant from Ajax, Steve McClaren.

The pair will attend the last game of this season of “Manchester United” on Sunday at “Crystal Palace”.

Rangnik hopes to meet Ten Hague in person over the weekend or on Monday, when the Dutch take office will officially begin at Manchester United.

Speaking at his last pre-match press conference as the head coach of “Manchester United”, Rangnik said: “We have been in touch via WhatsApp, we hope we will be able to meet in person, talk, either on weekends or on Monday mornings.

“I’m looking forward to talking to him and getting to know him personally.

“I still strongly believe that there is a core of players who are good enough to play for the club, I hope many of them will still be here.

“I hope that if the advice և Eric brings players with the right mindset, I am confident that we will be able to bring this club not only on the right track, but also to the heights. It may not happen in one transfer window, but I’m positive in the next two or three. “

Rangnik also said that “Manchester United” has some doubts in the game with “Crystal Palace”.

Luke Shaw, Phil Jones, Jaydon Sancho և Alejandro Garnacho may miss Sunday’s game at Selhurst Park.

He added. “There are some players who are missing, but I do not want to name all of them. Some are still questionable. Luke Shaw’s wife has given birth to her second child today,։ we have to see if she can be on the bench. Jaydon Sancho իլ Phil Jones left today’s session early because they had problems.

“Unfortunately, Alejandro Garnacho has been ill for the last few days, he has been training with us for half a week, I think today was the first training session. “He can be on the team, but I’m not sure he is physically fit.”

Manchester United need to match or better out West Ham’s result in Brighton to play in the Europa League next season, not the Europa League.
