Strawberry love – A beautiful drink

Combining my two favorites today: Bourbon & Bubbles. Let’s mix one of my favorite bourbon cocktails with a small batch of four roses. This cocktail is so delicious և the perfect Valentine’s cocktail with strawberry syrup, lemon juice, bourbon and sparkling rose wine. It’s a turning point in the classic French 75.

I love Four Roses Bourbon and have been drinking it for years. When I first started Beautiful Booze, I used to make Bourbon cocktails և Four Roses is something I keep at my bar for years.

Ingredients:

• 1 ounce Four Roses Small batch
• 1/2 ounce lemon juice
• 1/2 ounce strawberry syrup (* See recipe below)
• 3 ounces of sparkling pink wine

Method:

1. Add a batch of Four Roses Small, lemon juice and strawberry syrup to ice cocktail shakes.
2. Shake to cool ացրեք add ingredients
3. Squeeze into a compartment cup
4. Fill with sparkling pink wine
5. Garnish with lemon and fresh strawberries

* Strawberry syrup

Ingredients:

• 1 glass of water
• 1 cup of sugar
• 1 cup chopped strawberries

Method:

1. Add all the ingredients to a medium saucepan
2. Cook until the sugar is dissolved
3. Remove from the heat, refrigerate and allow the strawberries to soak in the filling container
