This strawberry rose syrup uses dried rose buds, and fresh strawberry gives a fruity-floral taste to the drinks. It blends well with spring-summer cocktails and blends well with old-fashioned spirits such as bourbon, rum and brandy, as well as ginger and vodka.

Description:

Strawberry rose syrup uses dried rose buds, and fresh strawberries give the drink a fruity-floral taste. It is great for use in spring and summer cocktails, combined with aged spirits such as bourbon, rum and brandy, as well as ginger and vodka.


  • 1 cup Strawberry
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 cc dried rose buds
  • 3/4 cup water


  1. Mix strawberries, rosehips and sugar.
  2. Leave for 4 hours to 24 hours to extract the juices.
  3. Add water and strain through a fine sieve. Store in the refrigerator for 2-4 weeks.
