The abducted woman was rescued after leaving a note asking for help at KFC

In Tennessee, a KFC employee helped rescue a woman allegedly abducted after she left a “begging” note in a restaurant, police said.

The woman left the post on Sunday evening at the fast food chain at 6262 Winchester Road, Memphis, after which a KFC employee called the police.

Police arrived at the scene shortly after 5 a.m. and found the victim, a man named Diego Glay, a friend who matched the KFC employee’s description, according to the arrest warrant.

When the officers approached, Glay ran away.

He was persecuted and arrested shortly afterwards.

The victim came to Tennessee by bus from another state Greyhound to meet Glay, but the couple got into an argument, և when the latter tried to leave him several times, he refused to let him go. news release.

“Gley physically caught him against his will, armed with assault rifles and threats with a pistol,” Memphis police said.

Glay, 23, has been charged with evading arrest and detention.
