The military demonstration will take place at the Tampa Convention Center

TAMPA, Fla. (CW44 News At 10) – US Special Operations Command will hold a capability demonstration at the Tampa Convention Center at 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, May 18 at 2:30 p.m.

The simulation is part of the Special Operations Power Industry Conference, which brings together more than 175 SOCOM ծառայության international service members from 11 countries. The demonstration will be used to “rescue” the city official from “hostile” forces.

The demonstration will use simulated explosions, simulated shots, as well as low-flying planes, helicopters, boats, SUVs, submarines and ground forces.

The Tampa City Hall will make a public statement before the event on Wednesday.

Traffic around the Tampa Convention Center will be closed for two days, from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

It will close on May 17 և May 18 at 11:30 a.m. և May 18 at 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the intersection of South Franklin Street. Guests of the hotel or local restaurant can leave the car park south of South Harbor Island Boulevard.
