One of my favorite times of the past is shopping. I like to find a good deal, whether it ‘s online My Teresa or: Farfetch (use my code for 10Monroe discountt) or in person. I’ve definitely done a lot more shopping, because Fashion Month really inspired me with trends և more than ready for spring. Watch this video to see what I got this month. Since moving to Miami on a part-time basis last year, I have found the best places to shop at any cost. So the next time you visit Miami, be sure to check out my top 5 places to buy your heart in Miami. Continue և Keep this post for your next trip to Magic City.
Bal Harbor Shops:
Bal Harbor Shops is a great place to shop if you want a relaxing, fast և easy shopping experience. It is about 15 minutes drive from the south beach, it definitely gives a magnificent vibration. All the designer stores, from Gucci to Fendi to The Webster & Intermix, can be found there, as well as department stores such as Saks Fifth Avenue and Neiman Marcus. It has the only Chanel store on the beach. I love it because it’s beautiful և I can always find what I’m looking for. There are tons of amazing restaurants, from Makoto (my favorite restaurant right now) to Le Zoo in Hilton. They always have some interesting art exhibitions, you will probably see celebrities here as well. Expect to spend a lot of money in Bal Harbor, but Saks always sells well, as does Intermix. Oh, մոռ do not forget to stop Alexander Birman for such amazing shoes!
Curio Faena Market
I met Curio by chance for a while in 2020, and I’ve been obsessed ever since. This shopping area is located on 3 floors, combined with kindness, right in front of the famous uber Faena Hotel. This place is absolutely stunning and the decor is meticulous. I also love their amazing wardrobes. Take a look at this tour I did recently to feel the atmosphere և what they have to offer. If you find it difficult to choose trendy pieces, you will not have this problem here, because all they offer is what appears at the moment. From shoes to beachwear, ready-made clothes, cool accessories and jewelry, they have it all. You can spend hours spinning on a stunning 3-story building. They also have Morphew Vintage on their ground floor, an incredible vintage shop where you can find recycled pieces by Jean-Paul Gauthier, Mugler, Roberto Cavalli, assembled by the Morphew brand. My last shopping experience at Curena Faena Bazaar was incredible և I can not wait to return. After shopping to your heart’s content, you can dine at their home cafe or head across the street to the Faena Hotel for lunch by the beach. You can find mid-range brands like Cult Gaia և Stine Goya at Curio at Faena Bazaar.
Lincoln Road Mall:
Lincoln Road Mall is a great place to shop if you want to feel more like Art Deco in Miami. Lincoln Road Mall is an outdoor walkway lined with tons of shops and restaurants. If you’re looking for a more budget-friendly place to shop, this is the placee. They have everything from Intermix to Forever 21, H&M և Zara, as well as Jo Malone, Nike և my personal favorite Desigual. They also have a huge sephora. Over the weekend, there is a flea market where hundreds of vendors sell everything from antique furniture to vintage jewelry. One of my favorite restaurants, Yardbird Southern Table Bar and Grill, is just one block away, the perfect place to refuel before shopping.
Brickell City Center:
If you stay on the mainland instead of South Beach, Brickell City Center is a great place to shop. It’s actually related to one of my favorite hotels, the East Miami Hotel. So if you want the city to feel like Miami’s great shopping at your fingertips, stay in the East. The shopping center is full of designer և affordable shopping. They have one of the best Zaras in Miami, as well as Rebag, where you can find your favorite designer bags. Their Coach boutique is a dream come true and the customer service is impeccable. Of course, they have Saks Fifth Avenue և even Chanel Beauty Boutique. For a little shopping, head to Chi Restaurant Brickell City Center or head down to B Bistro & Bakery before shopping for a great breakfast.
Miami Design District
Shopping in Miami is not complete until you visit the Miami Design District. This is a visual smorgasbord ավիճ chalk, full of all your favorite luxury brands, from Loewe to Tom Ford, Gucci, Louis Vuitton և Dior. Not to mention the first Chanel store to open outside of Bal Harbor, it’s huge. I love shopping in the Miami Design District because these design stores always get the best products first. Over the past few months, I have received some amazing Fendi pieces from my Miami Design Area location. The Miami Design District has some great amenities like Dior Cafe and Fendi Cafe. There is always an Instagram moment. Go to Baccarat Café for a cocktail or Dior Café for a nice coffee moment. Then swing to Swan Restaurant for lunch as you shop. Miami Design District also offers several affordable stores, such as COS, that even have 260 Sample Sale opening every few days with a variety of designers.
