1. Rum with hot butter

Ingredients

  • 1 ounce dark or spiced rum
  • 1 ounce of rum

  • 3 ounces plain syrup
  • Raisins for decoration

Directions:

Put the wine, raisins, almonds, orange peel and spices in the jar. Cover and leave the mixture at room temperature for 24 hours. Squeeze the wine into the samovar, discarding the solids. Add vodka և plain syrup to taste. Serve hot from the samovar in heat-resistant stem dishes or punching cups. Garnish each serving with golden raisins and bleached almonds.

5. Irish coffee

Ingredients

  • 1.5 ounces of Irish whiskey

Directions:

In a large bowl, whisk the egg yolks well until lightly browned, adding half a cup of sugar. Add milk, cream և liqueurs և put in the fridge until ready to serve.   • 3 ounces Dry process: mionetto prestige collection DOC treviso brut
  • 2 ounces colored և frozen white peach puree
  • .50 ounces Marie Brizard no11 peach liqueur (optional)

Directions:
