Warriors’ Otto Porter Jr. was left out of Game 5

Warriors backup forward Otto Porter Jr. was left out of the 5th game of the Western Conference final Mavericks on Thursday with an injury to his left foot. Porter left the 3rd game with an injury and was left out of the 4th game.

“He’s still in pain,” Kerr said as Porter Jr. dropped out of Game 4. “I have to make a sensible decision here. This gives him a few days to prepare for the possible 5th game. “

Porter is averaging 5.5 points, 4.1 rebounds and 2.1 assists in 20.7 minutes this season. The Warriors lead the series 3-1 after losing to Dallas on Tuesday.
